I have been going to this clinic for about a year and a half and truly enjoy my experience and the staff! The staff are always helpful, understanding, communicative, and providing comfort and support to patients which I think is very important to the experience when visiting for an appointment. The office is clean and the staff are very sweet and knowledgeable! It is worth my commute and most importantly, as a patient it’s nice to have a healthcare provider that listens to your concerns and the process to get you in out is quick! 10/10 recommend.

Great experience as a new patient. Dr. Melek and his staff are genuinely caring professionals. My time with Dr. Melek validated what I've been experiencing medically. He LISTENED WITHOUT INTERRUPTING ME. He heard me, he saw me, and most of all, he understood me. From the check-in with a warm welcome to the check-out making sure all was in order before I left. Wonderful medical environment. The name of the clinic speak volumes 💟.

I met Dr John Melek for the first time a couple of weeks ago and was immediately impressed with his genuine smile and attentive demenor. This man actually spent enough quality time with me to understand what the the debilitating pain has cost in both social and professional terms. He got it, then assured me he could help if help was medically possible. He performed a lumbar cortisone spinal injection in a hospital with an anisthesiologist, not a rushed 5 minute slam, bam, thank you mam procedure in a tiny room that needed the floor swept. Oh what a difference! Professional, clean, kind all the way. I didn't think any more like him existed. Few do, but HE IS THE BEST OF THEM ALL.

Dr. Melek reviewed my history thoroughly, ordered appropriate diagnostic tests, and followed up with clear explanations and next steps for improving my health. He took time during visits to address questions and ensure understanding.

Appointments are easy to schedule, follow-up reminders are consistent, and the office staff handles the process efficiently.

Dr. John Melek is very kind and professional. You can tell he has a tender heart and cares about his patients. His nurses are superb as well! You will not go wrong selecting Dr. John Melek as your provider. The same day I received my biopsy results he, they scheduled me to come in for the results. Couldn’t ask for better service.

The best doctor’s office ever. I came in with an issue and the staff helped me right away without question! I love the staff and also Dr. Melek! He’ll be my PCP till the end of time. I am forever grateful for what they’ve done for me.

Fabulous experience. I’ve had trouble with getting wounds to heal after surgery — done elsewhere not by this wonderful dr. After a deep intake, he automatically knew what to do. He solved an issue that has affected my quality of life. I am so relieved and thankful. (I never write reviews - a testament to how pleased I am and subsequently wrote this one).

Was able to better understand how to intake proper food portions from Dr. Engy Melek. Staff was friendly as usual. My only complaint is that the visit reminders are overwhelming at times. I have received multiple text for visit reminders, a few phone calls, and a couple of emails. These can be too many on a daily basis ..
